LOT 11 Drywall work

The District Office of Central Saxony is planning to establish a campus for "green professions" at the Freiberg-Zug site. The subject of the tender is the drywall and carpentry work in the interior of the main building (House A) and the boarding school (House C). The tender covers the installation of TB walls, facing shells, boxes on ceilings and walls as well as suspended ceilings with acoustic requirements. In addition to this work, toilet partitions, insulation work (roof area), various inspection flaps and screed work are part of the tender.

Main building - House A Dimensions: approx. 74 x 14 m, eaves height: approx. 8 m

Clear floor height: from 2.45 m on the 2nd floor to 2.80m, number of floors: 3

Scope of services: 91 m² mounting wall, 85 m² facing shells, 258 m² cases, 750 m² acoustic suspended ceiling, 195 m² underhang ceiling incl. sanitary, 11 pcs WC partition wall systems
