The subject of the contract includes the provision of public transport services in the city of Zgorzelec, on working days, Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.

1. The service will be carried out on three communication lines, using the Contractor's bus fleet referred to in paragraph 6. The detailed course of individual communication lines is included in the "Timetable" Annex, which is an integral part of Annex 6 to the SWZ. The Ordering Party has the right to change timetables at the level of +/- 5% of the length of routes resulting from the above-mentioned annex. In the case of Line No. 3, the subject of this order includes the provision of a service on the route between the "Bolesławiecka-Fabryczna" - Orzeszkowa Street. The Contractor shall be obliged to agree with the Contracting Authority the rules for the use of communication stops owned or managed by the Contracting Authority and to pay fees, in accordance with the applicable Resolution No. 199/2012 of the City Council of Zgorzelec of 24 April 2012 on determining the rate of payment for the use by the operator and carrier of transport stops owned or managed by the Municipality of Zgorzelec together with amendments to this resolution (taking into account possible changes to this legal act during the period of service provision).

2. The approximate amount of transport performance, during the contract execution period, is 172,000 vehicle-kilometers (wzkm) in total for the three lines referred to in paragraph 1, while the Contracting Authority ensures that it will enable the Contractor to provide a service of not less than 80% of the approximate volume of transport work,

referred to in this sentence. The term vehicle-kilometer should be understood as a vehicle passage of a section with a distance of 1 kilometer.

3. Requirements for the quality of services provided and the principles of quality control of these services are set out in the Annex "Quality Standards", which is an integral part of Annex 6 to the SWZ.

4. Revenues obtained from the collected carriage fees and additional charges constitute the Contractor's income.

The above does not apply to Euro-Nysa-Ticket and Europe-City Ticket, for which the distribution of proceeds from the sale will take place in accordance with the content of the agreement with the Zweckverband Verkehrsverbund Oberlausitz-Niederschlesien (ZVON), which the Contractor will be obliged to conclude within 10 days from the date of conclusion of the public procurement contract. The draft agreement is an integral part of Annex 6 to the SWZ.

5. Transport services do not include commuting from the depot to the route and exits from the route to the depot and technical crossings.

6. The Contracting Authority requires that the Contractor to perform this contract provide a bus fleet in the amount of 2 buses, meeting the minimum technical parameters specified in the Annex "Technical parameters and equipment of buses", constituting an integral part of Annex 6 to the SWZ. The contractor will be obliged to show buses under the condition of participation in the proceedings, specified in Chapter VIII of the SWZ. In addition, the year of manufacture of buses and the bus emission standard are non-price criteria for the evaluation of offers, under which the Contractor may receive additional points, in accordance with the rules set out in Chapter XVIII of the SWZ.

7. A detailed description, scope of obligations and the manner of performance of the contract has been included in the draft contract, constituting Annex 5 to the SWZ.
