Services of project management according to § 2 AHO, issue no. 9 / March 2020, school construction consulting, special services, step-by-step commissioning
The municipality of Henstedt-Ulzburg intends to build the new Alstergymnasium according to variant 3 of the feasibility study by PPP Architekten+Stadtplaner of 22.02.2018 (see annex) with the following services:
- New school building (GFA approx. 12,650 m²),
- School operations will be carried out in the existing building until the completion of the new building,
- relocation and commissioning after completion,
- Demolition of existing buildings subsequently. open space design,
- Renovation before. Sports halls including a new building for the entrance area including conversion of the TGA).
In a rough pre-contractual cost estimate (see feasibility study), the total construction costs (KG 200 - 700) were estimated at approx. € 41.4 million net (variant 3, new construction). The distribution of the cost estimates to the respective cost groups as well as to school buildings and sports hall buildings can be found in the feasibility study. These total costs are to be understood as upper limits to which the services in all project stages have to be aligned.
For this purpose, offices are invited to participate in the competition, which cover the performance profile project management according to AHO § 2 according to AHO publication series number 9, as of March 2020 and have implemented similar measures in the past.
Action areas A, B, C, D and E, project stages 1 to 5 are to be worked on. The assignment will be carried out in stages.
The following procedure is carried out:
In phase 1, potential applicants are invited to participate and submit the application with the required evidence.
In phase 2, the requests to participate will be checked and the number of admitted applicants will be limited.
Phase 2 applicants will be invited to negotiate separately.
