It is intended to commission the annual audit for the following companies for five years from 01.01.2022:

1. Hannoverimpuls GmbH (hi)

2nd Hannover Beteiligungsfonds GmbH

3rd IP Hanover GmbH (UZH)

4. Hannover.de Internet GmbH (Hannover.de)

5. Hanover Marketing and Tourism GmbH (HMTG)

6th Hannover Veranstaltungs GmbH (HVG)

It is a joint award of the annual audit for several companies. Only one offer is allowed for all companies. The auditing company hitherto commissioned is excluded from submitting an offer.

The following services are the subject of the order:

- Audit of the respective annual financial statements and management report in accordance with § 158 nKomVG in the eigbetRVO Nds.

- Checking the regularity of the respective management according to § 53 HgRG using the questionnaire according to IDW PS 720

- Preparation of the respective test report in accordance with § 321 HGB and supplementing it with an explanatory part (breakdown of balance sheet and G+V items and preparation of a VFE).

The annual audits are to be started within the period of mid-April of the following year of the year under review. The companies must be audited within a time frame of 3 to 4 weeks.
