The UK NRW intends to use the

- Rhineland administrative headquarters and regional directorate:

Moscow city 18, 40227 Dusseldorf

- Regional Directorate Westphalia-Lippe:

Salzmannstr. 154-156, 48159 Münster

to assign any cleaning services to one or more contractors (hereinafter referred to as AN).

The services to be awarded are divided into lots:

Münster site:

- Maintenance cleaning: approx. 4,700 m² (lot 1)

- Glass and façade cleaning: approx. 2,200 m² (lot 2)

- Winter service: approx. 6,800 m² (lot 3)

Dusseldorf location:

- Maintenance cleaning: approx. 12,300 m² (lot 4)

However, bidders can and may also submit a complete offer for each location or both locations.
