The Contracting Authority intends to enter into a Framework Agreement with 1 tenderer who shall cover the Norwegian Armed Forces' need for original air and fluid filters as described in Part II, Annex A. The filters will mainly be procured for the Navy's vessels and workshop.

The offered filters shall be original and manufactured / approved by the manufacturer of the engines / equipment where the filters are in use. A verification from the manufacturer of the filters showing that the tenderer has an agreement on supplying the requested filters shall be attached the tender. Only tenderers with capacity to supply 60% of the scope will be evaluated. Cf. Part II, annex A.

The scope differs from year to year, but the estimated value is between 2 000 000 NOK and 5 000 000 NOK per annum.
