In order to minimize the risk of flooding in the event of future extreme flood events on the Elbe, targeted dyke remedial measures are necessary.
As a continuation of the implementation of the flood protection concept, the LHW now intends to award planning services for a DIN-compatible renovation of the right-hand Elbe dyke Mauken-Kloden 2nd BA.
The dike section to be planned is located between the localities of Mauken and Kloden in the Wittenberg district and has a length of 2,500 m. The BHW + 1.00 m is defined as the design flood.
To achieve the aforementioned objective, the planning services listed below are to be provided by the contractor.
The total construction costs are estimated at EUR 2 500 000 net.
The order is placed in two stages. Initially, the client orders performance level 1 (LS1) for the following planning services. The assignment of performance level 2 (LS2) is optional.
(1) Project planning for engineering structures, all basic services and special services LS 1 (Lph. 1-4) and LS 2 (Lph. 5-7) in accordance with Section 3 HOAI 2013 § 43 i. V. m. Annex 12 and special services,
(2) Area planning, landscape maintenance plan, all basic services, service phases LS 1 (Lph. 1-4) in accordance with Section 2 HOAI 2013 § 26 i. V. m. Appendix 7,
(3) Project planning for outdoor system planning, all basic services and special services LS 2 (phases 5-7) in accordance with Section 2 HOAI 201 3 § 39 i. V. m. Annex 11 (A + E measures):
- further consulting services acc. HOAI: LS 1 Geotechnical Consulting Services Partial services a to c acc. Appendix 1 point 1.3.3 HOAI 2013 and special services, LS 1 in-planning measurement Lph. 1-3 acc. Annex 1 point 1.4.4 HOAI 2013 and special services, LS 2 building survey Lph. 2-5 acc. Annex 1 point 1.4.7 HOAI 2013 and special services;
- Further freelance services in LS 2 for quality assurance, creation of digital dyke book / data container, coordination and contracting tasks, special services for nature conservation planning such as faunistic mapping, species protection law specialist contribution and FFH and SPA compatibility assessment.
