The market construction programme provides for the demolition of the so-called "Potiers I" building and the reconstruction of a complex of 66 social housing units between Rue de la Verdure and Rue de Soignes in 1000 Brussels.
The project provides for:
- Demolition with asbestos removal of the Potiers I tower
- The construction of 2 apartment buildings between the streets of La Verdure, Soignies and Impasse de la Ferraille, among others along the walls limiting the funds of plots of the rue des Vierges
- The development of the future alley/rue des Potiers
- The development of the space between the recently renovated "Potiers II" tower and the future buildings.
In addition to the fact that the successful bidder will have to manage his site taking into account pedestrian accessibility at the Potiers II building, he is informed that any site equipment used must be adapted to the site and be approved by the senior official.
This contract is co-financed by three contracting authorities.
