the services covered by this contract are those resulting from the declination for the Fréjus tunnel of the functions devolved to the safety officer as set out in the European Directive 2004/54/ec published by the European Parliament on 29 April 2004:- annual general mission on the Fréjus tunnel;- punctual missions essentially related to the commissioning of the 2nd tube;- general mission on access (Directive 2008/96/ec revised in 2019) the consultation will give rise to a framework agreement on purchase orders with a minimum annual amount of 50,000 euros (s) and a maximum annual amount of 200,000 euros (s) in accordance with Articles R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6 and Articles R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code
