This ITT has been issued by North East Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust. Its purpose is to invite proposals from suitably experienced, resourced and qualified supplier(s) of cleaning and infection control services.

This procurement process will establish a contract covering the provision of such services across all NEAS operational sites and offices within the North East of England, inclusive of:

• Northumberland,

• North Tyne,

• South Tyne,

• North Durham,

• South Durham,

• Teesside.

Suppliers may bid to provide services for the Trust's North or South divisional areas or the provision of the services as a whole. (The option to award in part or in whole rests with the Trust).

Provision of cleaning and infection control services within the Trust's North Operational Division only.

Should the Trust award the full service across the entire NEAS region to a single provider under lot 3, this lot shall not be awarded as a separate consideration.

Provision of cleaning and infection control services within the Trust's South Operational Division only.

Should the Trust award the full service across the entire NEAS region to a single provider under lot 3, this lot shall not be awarded as a separate consideration.

Provision of cleaning and infection control services across all Trust sites (North and South Operational Divisions).

Should the Trust award the full service across the entire NEAS region to a single provider under lot 3, lots 1 and 2 lot shall not be awarded as a separate consideration.
