1. The subject of the contract is the successive delivery of light fuel oil (diesel oil intended for heating purposes) to oil tanks listed in the "List of Buyers and Recipients of heating oil", constituting Annex 1 to the SWZ (in a separate file).

2. The estimated amount of fuel oil shall be 742 300 litres in total. During the execution of the order, heating oil will be collected successively, as needed by the Ordering Party.

1. The supplied material will be light fuel oil intended for central heating boiler rooms, used for space heating and hot water.

2. Fuel oil must meet the requirements of PN-C-96024:2020-12 or equivalent for grade L-1.

3. Minimum parameters of light fuel oil:

1. the density at 15 oC must not be higher than 860 kg/m3

2) the calorific value (energy) must not be lower than 42.6 MJ/kg

(3) the flash point must not be less than 56 oC

4) the sulphur content must not be higher than 0.1%

5. the water content must not be higher than 200 mg/kg

6. the solids content must not be higher than 24 mg/kg

7) the pour point must not be higher than -20 oC

8) climatic viscosity at maximum temperature 6,00 mm2/s

9) Fractional composition:

- up to 250°C distills, not more than 65% (v/v)

- to 350° C distills, not less than 85% (v/v)

10) Coking residue from 10% distillation residue – max. 0.3% m/m

11) Ash residue - max. 0,01 % by mass

12) Red colour (parameters of the marker and red dye in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 28 November 2022 on marking and colouring energy products (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 2633).
