The subject of this award procedure are the basic services of LPH 1-9 from the outdoor facilities according to HOAI Part 3 Section 2 §39 as well as from the Performance Profile Buildings and Interiors according to HOAI 2021 Part 3 Section 1 §34, which are necessary in connection with the conversion and renovation measures of the facilities on the grounds of the leisure pool.
The subject of this award procedure are the basic services of LPH 1-9 from the performance profile buildings and interiors according to HOAI 2021 Part 3 Section 1 §34 for various building construction measures (building stock) as well as from the performance profile of outdoor facilities according to HOAI Part 3 Section 2 §39, which are necessary in connection with the conversion and renovation measures for the following project:
The Geiselhöring outdoor swimming pool was built in 1985 and, after 37 years, needs a fundamental renovation and modernization in order to be prepared for the next 30 to 40 years. The attractive outdoor pool is located at the northeastern exit of the village on Landshuter Straße on the edge of the Labertal.
In March 2018, a rehabilitation study was carried out, from which the decision was made for the "pool renovation variant 6", in which new stainless steel basins are inserted into the existing pools. According to the study from 2018, EUR 2,656,500 net was estimated for this variant, including various building construction measures on the site (see renovation study), plus equipment for the pools (attractions) in the amount of EUR 185,000 net.
Planned measures:
- Demolition of traverse basins and various adaptation measures terrain
- Insertion of new stainless steel basins into existing basins
- Attractions in the large pool and children's paddling pool
- for bathing water technology: new filters, new piping, I&C technology dosing systems
- Restructuring of company buildings
- technical installations (dismantling, additions, renewals) of existing buildings

The commissioning of the planning services is to be carried out in stages:
- Performance level 1: Work phases 1-2
- Performance level 2: Performance phase 3
- Performance level 3: Work phases 4-8
- Performance level 4: performance phase 9
