The purpose of this general specifications is to appoint 1 or more contractors for the maintenance of the boilers for the various lots.
The Contractor undertakes to commence all partial assignments requested by the Board within 14 working days after receipt of the message and to execute them within the execution period indicated in the notice, unless a different period is agreed in mutual consultation.
