The subject of the contract is the purchase of electricity in the period from 1 January 2023 to
31 December 2023 for the Regional Waste Management Plant Sp. z o.o. in
Ostrów Wielkopolski, on the terms set out in the Act of 10 April 1997.

4) The Contractor is obliged to carry out the procedure of changing the energy seller
electrical, pursuant to the powers of attorney obtained from the Ordering Party, under which
will do the following:
a) notify the relevant Distribution System Operator (DSO) for the performance of the contract
sale of electricity concluded between the Ordering Party and the Contractor,
b) perform all other activities, including making declarations of will and knowledge,
related to the activities referred to in the point above,
c) concludes a contract for the sale of electricity with the Ordering Party in relation to
all electricity consumption points specified in the SWZ.
5) The Ordering Party informs that it does not have contracts or annexes as part of promotional campaigns /
loyalty programs that would prevent the conclusion of sales contracts with
01.01.2023
6) The Ordering Party does not agree to other additional fees, e.g. trade fee.
7) Measurement and settlement systems are adapted to the principles of TPA.
(8) Estimated demand for electricity over a period of 12 months indicated in
the annex referred to in point 3.2.3 of the SWZ is only indicative,
used to compare offers and in no case does not constitute on the part of the Ordering Party
obligations to purchase energy in the given quantity. The estimated amount of electricity can
change (increase or decrease) during the period covered by the order. Artist
there will be no claim for non-collection by the Ordering Party
the expected amount of energy. At the same time, the ordering party determines the purchase of electricity,
minimum level of 1 000 000 kWh.
9) The Ordering Party informs that it is not a prosumer and is not an energy producer.
