The subject of the contract is the delivery of brand new pre-insulated materials. The subject of the contract includes pre-insulated elements of the heating network, necessary for the renovation or construction of specific sections of this network in the city of Gliwice.

1. The object of the order is the supply of new pre-insulated materials.

2. The subject of the order includes elements of the district heating network, pre-insulated, necessary for the renovation or construction of certain sections of this network in the city of Gliwice.

3. The order applies to supply according to CPV Distant Heating Pipes No 44163120-72.

4. The subject of the contract must meet the conditions set out in the Technical Conditions attached to the SWZ.

5. Other requirements of the Ordering Party regarding the subject of the contract can be found in the draft framework agreement, the draft delivery contract - Annexes to the SWZ

6. Submission of partial tenders shall not be allowed.

7. Variant tenders are not allowed.

8. No reimbursement of the cost of participation in the proceedings is fores

9. No foreign currency clearing will be carried out.

10. The Contracting Authority does not provide for the possibility of awarding complementary contracts.

11. The Contracting Authority does not provide for an extra time in electronic form.

12. The required warranty period shall be fixed at 120 months from the date of delivery of pre-insulated materials to the PEC warehouse - Gliwice Sp. z o.o.
