Consultancy and advice are thus wanted for the redesign of the portals for the municipalities in Nordhordland Utviklingsselskap IKS. This process has the aim of establishing the following:

— New technological platform,

— A new design across the municipalities (any any new municipalities), which will form the basis for re-use,

— Strategic content guidelines for digital communication (including social media),

— Training and advice for employees who work on managing the content,
