The total performance is awarded in three lots:

Lot 1: Building cleaning at the Warden landfill and leachate treatment plant

Lot 2: Glass and frame cleaning at the Warden landfill and leachate treatment plant

Lot 3: Cleaning the façade of the Warden landfill

Regular maintenance cleaning of various operational and administrative objects at the Warden landfill;

– Regular maintenance cleaning of the company building on the leachate treatment plant;

– Special cleaning services if required.

-four times a year glass and frame cleaning of various operational and administrative objects at the Warden landfill;

- four times a year glass and frame cleaning of the company building on the leachate purification plant.

– Once a year cleaning of the exterior façade (including cleaning of the rolling/sectional doors) of the AWA Regio company building;

– Cleaning of the exterior façade of the "New Administration Building AWA" once a year.
