In the administration buildings A and M of the district of Harburg, AG M.W.z. provides security services for 1.8.2021. The operating times and personnel levels to be observed by the AN are different for both objects. See the SOW for details.

The security service is to be provided in 2 administrative buildings of the Harburg district at the following locations:

- Building A: Schloßplatz 6, 21423 Winsen (Luhe),

- Building M: Rathausstrasse 21, 21423 Winsen (Luhe).

In building A, the security service is to be used on the ground floor, which is home to the Citizens' Service department and the vehicle registration office. In building M, the deployment of the security forces is planned in the Migration Department (Foreigners Office), which is located on the first floor of the building.
