This contract concerns a framework agreement for services.
Lot 1: cleaning services (+ window washing)
Infrabel is looking for a suitable cleaning company to carry out cleaning tasks with an obligation of result, provided that the cleaning frequencies as indicated in the cleaning schedules and the calculation model are respected, which will be added in the appendix to the special specifications. These tasks include, but are not limited to:
- Daily and periodic cleaning of the premises, contents and ancillary installations of various types of buildings (with different functions) and their immediate environment;
- Storage and selective sorting of waste;
- The supply and distribution of consumable (sanitary) products;
- Cleaning of exterior glazing, roof glazing, polycarbonate façade panels, interior glazing, sectional doors and exterior doors;
- Carry out specialized maintenance of floors and surfaces;
- Perform additional maintenance and cleaning tasks.
Infrabel wants a stable and professional cleaning service that is efficient, manageable, flexible and adapted to the organisation and type of building. The service provider must create a hygienic, healthy and pleasant (working) environment for both Infrabel employees and visitors. This means that the service provider acts flexibly and proactively within the framework of the contract. Infrabel wants these objectives to be reflected in both future offers and services.
Lot 2: VSR checks and tips
Infrabel is looking for an appropriate control and advisory agency, independent of an effective cleaning company, in order, inter alia, to:
- Carry out inventories;
- Perform VSR checks;
- Provide consulting services;
- Perform baseline measurements.
