The subject of the order is the collection, transport and partial development of municipal waste from real estate inhabited from the Jedlicze Municipality.

The subject of the contract includes in particular:

1) Receipt, transport and delivery to the Municipal Installation, i.e. Municipal Enterprise Komunalny — Krośnieński Holding Komunalny Sp. z o.o. municipal waste referred to in paragraph 3.6 (1) and point (3) (a).

2) collection, transport and management of municipal waste referred to in paragraph 3.6 (2) and (3) (b), i.e. recovery or disposal, in a way that ensures adequate levels of recycling, preparation for reuse and recovery by other methods and limiting the weight of waste communal biodegradable transferred to storage referred to in the Act of 13 September 1996 on the maintenance of cleanliness and order in municipalities (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2021, item 888 as amended);

3) waste management i.e. recovery or disposal should comply with the applicable provisions, in particular with the Law of 14 December 2012 on Waste (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 779 as amended), the Act of 13 September 1996 on the maintenance of cleanliness and order in municipalities (i.e., Journal of Laws of 13 September 1996. U. of 2021, item 888 of late), the Waste Management Plan for Podkarpathian Voivodeship, and the Resolution of the Podkarpathian Voivodeship Sejmik on the implementation of the Waste Management Plan for the Podkarpathian Voivodeship.
