Installation of RES installations in public buildings of the Supraśl commune

The subject of the contract is the delivery and assembly of brand new three photovoltaic installations and a heat pump in public buildings in the Supraśl Commune, as part of the project "Improvement of energy efficiency in public utility facilities of the Supraśl Commune"

Part A - Purchase and assembly of a photovoltaic installation for the needs of the Municipal Office in Supraśl, Józefa Piłsudskiego 58, 16-030 Supraśl

The subject of the investment is the construction of a photovoltaic microinstallation on a plot with the registration number 1520 at 58 Piłsudskiego Street in Supraśl. The investment area is located within the boundaries of the urban complex of the city of Supraśl entered into the register of monuments by the decision of the Provincial Conservator of Monuments in Białystok of 02.01.1957 l.dz. Kult.V-2b-78-57 reg. no. A-433, and part of the building is entered into the register of monuments by the decision of the Provincial Conservator of Monuments in Białystok of 30.04.199 l.dz 3. WKZ-5340/6/93 under reg. no. A-446. The contractor will obtain all necessary documents/administrative decisions from the Provincial Conservator of Monuments in Białystok to carry out construction works in the historic building and conduct archaeological research in the form of supervision during the execution of earthworks related to the investment in question within the boundaries of the historic urban complex. The cost and organization of these works and studies shall be borne by the Contractor.

The installation will consist of 115 photovoltaic modules with a capacity of approx. 385 Wp and two inverters with a capacity of approx. 15kW and approx. 30kW. As a result of the implementation of the project, the Investor will have a photovoltaic installation with a total capacity of approx. 44.275 kWp. The photovoltaic installation will be integrated into the power grid supplying the facility, and the energy produced will be used to power the building. The installation will be installed on the roof of the Municipal Office building and on the ground. The roof area of the building is 1400 m2. The area intended for installation by photovoltaic modules is approx. 142 m2.

The Contractor is responsible for the development of technical expertise regarding the strength of the ceiling for loads with photovoltaic modules in a manner ensuring the safety of the structure and the safety of using the facility. The above-mentioned study will be an attachment to the as-built documentation, which will be handed over to the Ordering Party together with the as-built collage operation.

The photovoltaic installation will consist of the following elements:

DC and AC electrical installations with protections

Electrical wiring

Lightning and grounding installation with adaptation to the existing installation of the facility. Lightning protection should cover all photovoltaic modules.

Installation monitoring system equipment

It is required to prepare as-built documentation in 2 copies in paper version and all documentation in 1 copy in electronic version.

Pursuant to Article 29(4)(3)(c) of the Construction Law of 7 July 1994 (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 682, as amended), the Contractor shall make a mandatory agreement with a fire protection expert in terms of compliance with fire protection requirements, called "agreement in terms of fire protection", as-built documentation of these devices and will participate in notifying the authorities of the State Fire Service, referred to in Article 56(1a) of the Construction Law.

Part B - Purchase and installation of a photovoltaic installation for the needs of the Local Government Kindergarten in Grabówka, Leszczynowa 14/1, 15-523 Grabówka

The subject of the investment is the construction of a photovoltaic microinstallation on cadastral plots numbered: 104/4, 105/1 at 14/1 Leszczynowa Street in Grabówka. The photovoltaic installation will be installed on the roof of the Local Government Kindergarten building. The installation will consist of 78 photovoltaic modules with a capacity of approx. 385 Wp and an inverter with a capacity of approx. 30 kW. As a result of the implementation of the project, the investor will have a photovoltaic installation with a total capacity of approx. 30.03 kWp. The photovoltaic installation will be integrated into the power grid supplying the facility, and the energy produced will be used to power the building. The roof area of the building is 980 m2. The area intended for installation by photovoltaic modules approx. 45.2 m2.

The Contractor is responsible for the development of technical expertise regarding the strength of the ceiling for loads with photovoltaic modules in a manner ensuring the safety of the structure and the safety of using the facility. The above-mentioned study will be an attachment to the as-built documentation, which will be handed over to the Ordering Party together with the as-built collage operation.

Part C - Purchase and installation of a photovoltaic installation and a heat pump for the needs of the Primary School in Supraśl, Józefa Piłsudskiego 1, 16-030 Supraśl

The subject of the investment is the construction of a photovoltaic microinstallation on a plot with the registration number 1785/1 at 1 Piłsudskiego Street in Supraśl. The photovoltaic installation will be installed on the roof of the sports hall building in the sports complex belonging to the Ferdynand Marecki Sports Primary School. The installation will consist of 129 photovoltaic modules with a capacity of approx. 385 Wp and an inverter with a capacity of approx. 50 kW. As a result of the implementation of the project, the Investor will have a photovoltaic installation with a total capacity of approx. 49.665 kWp. The photovoltaic installation will be integrated into the power grid supplying the facility, and the energy produced will be used to power the building. The roof area of the building is about 900 m2. The area intended for installation by photovoltaic modules approx. 240.1 m2.

The Contractor is responsible for the development of technical expertise regarding the strength of the ceiling for loads with photovoltaic modules in a manner ensuring the safety of the structure and the safety of using the facility. The above-mentioned study will be an attachment to the as-built documentation, which will be handed over to the Ordering Party together with the as-built collage operation.

In addition, the Contractor will install an additional heat source for the sports complex belonging to the Ferdynand Marecki Sports Primary School in Supraśl. The current source of heat in the SP building is a double gas boiler with a capacity of 418 kW. As a result of the implementation of the project, the investor will have a heat pump (air-to-water type) with a minimum power of approx. 140.8 kW in cooperation with the existing gas boiler. In addition, the Contractor will fence the area around the heat pump and, if necessary, install acoustic panels.
