The development, delivery, placement, testing, management and maintenance of a road traffic rules enforcement system on rail crossings. This is fixed for five (5) years and two (2) times two (2) optional renewal years.

ProRail, in collaboration with the Ministry of IenW and the Public Prosecutor's Office, decided to extend the principle of enforcement using cameras on consider nationwide.
