the services concern the ecological monitoring of the measures carried out in favour of protected species after the commissioning of the Port-Sur-Saône diversion. The objectives of this monitoring are: - to assess the relevance of the management measures implemented through the evolution of natural habitats according to the ecological objective set (improvement, creation or renaturation of habitats); - study the evolution of the populations and protected species concerned to be integrated into a monitoring of populations and species at the scale of the infrastructure; - establish feedback on this type of restoration of environments in favor of wildlife; - readjust certain management or restoration methods in order to optimize the environmental added value of each measure
