The tender includes the delivery, installation and commissioning of a media technology system for a conference room with the following equipment:

- 1x LED-Medienwand ca. 3840 x 2170 mm

- 6x 43" Mitschaumonitore

- PA system consisting of line loudspeaker and ceiling loudspeaker

- Microphone technology consisting of, among other things, handheld transmitter, pocket transmitter, throwing microphone

- Discussion intercom system with at least 25 microphone stations

- Camera system with tracking and video conferencing function

- Media control with scalable IP-based signal management
