The Federal Office for Family and Civil Society Tasks (BAFzA) intends to set up a service contract for the support of web and software development by way of an open procedure in accordance with Section 119 (1) GWB in conjunction with Section 15 VgV.

There is a need for external development support in the area of Symfony and Typo3 development until December 31, 2021 in the amount of 260 person days (PT) and an option of 140 PT.

Unused contingent of the agreed 260 person days and the option of 140 person days for development services can be located beyond the contract period in coordination with the client.

The option is called up in consultation between the client and contractor and is contractually covered by the present EVB-IT service contract. There is no entitlement to call up the option.

In addition, there is the option of extending the contract - by mutual agreement - for the years 2022 and 2023 for one year at the following conditions:

- Basic contingent 2022: 260 PT;

- option 2022: 140 PT;

- Basic contingent 2023: 260 PT;

- option 2023: 140 PT;

Here, too, the contingent that has not been called can be used beyond the extended year in consultation between the client and the contractor.
