Ringsted Municipality, Ringsted Wastewater A / S and Ringsted Vand A / S provide Business Building Modeling, Jordemodervej. The work consists of typical construction work in connection with the establishment of new supply and infrastructure for the business area and can be described in more detail as follows:

- Earthworks for the establishment of new supply lines, planum for a new road, as well as excavation and terrain regulation in connection with new rainwater basins,

- Re-profiling of Kværkeby brook, as well as demolition and removal of existing oil separators, pipework,

- Establishment of 1 or 2 new oil separators, as well as a new building under Jordmodervej at the crossing of Kværkeby brook,

- Establishment of rain and sewer lines incl. establishment of pumping stations, as well as sub-drilling under the West Motorway for connection to existing sewerage systems,

- Establishment of inlet and outlet structures in connection with basins,

- Establishment of pavements via, gravel, asphalt, curb, streak etc.,

- Establishment of planting and mowing along roads. Furthermore, planting and mowing on larger green areas in and around rainwater basins.

In addition to these works, the contract contains options as described under point II.2.11.
