We would like to enter into two framework agreements for assistance with recruitment.
We require assistance carrying out the entire recruitment process - including searching in the market - in order to find relevant candidates for the positions.
It may also be applicable to only provide assistance with testing candidates (applies to both framework agreements).
One of the framework agreements will be used by management recruiters.
The other framework agreement will be used to recruit competence that is difficult to obtain, primarily not at the management level.

We estimate a scope of approx. 2-5 positions per year per framework agreement. This means that each framework agreement will have a maximum value of NOK 1,500,000 excluding VAT per year, and therefore a maximum of NOK 6 million excluding VAT over a five-year period.
