This consultation concerns the awarding of a single-contracting framework agreement for subsequent contracts for a delegated project management contract for the construction of municipal buildings. The consultation is aimed at the conclusion of 1 framework agreement in an open procedure as regulated by Articles L. 2125-1 1 o , R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-9 and L. 2124-2, R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the Public Order Code. The purpose of the framework agreement is to establish the terms governing the subsequent contracts to be awarded for the performance of the following services:

- 1 delegated project management mandate for the construction of the GS 11 - ZAC Sycamore school group,

- 1 delegated project management mandate for the construction of the GS 12 - ZAC Sycamore School Group,

- 1 delegated project management contract for the construction of the GS 13 - ZAC school group in the city center,

- 1 or more delegated project management mandates for the construction of 1 or more provisional school groups on municipal land,

- 1 or more mandates of delegated project management for the construction of nurseries,

- 1 or more delegated project management mandates for the construction of sports equipment (examples: gymnasium, city park),

- 1 or more mandates of delegated project management for the construction of public car parks integrated or not to the constructions listed above.

The framework agreement is concluded with 1 minimum and no maximum: - in quantity: minimum: 2 mandates.
