Description:
Supply of machine packaging envelopes for Print Service Centers

1. The object of the contract is the delivery of machine packaging envelopes for Print Service Centers to the common courts, also known as “Units”.

2. A detailed description of the item of the order containing the size and scope of the order is Annex 2 to SWZ — Description of the item of the order — Price form. Patterns of envelopes subject to contract are Annexes 9 to 11 to SWZ.

3. The list of units for which the proceedings are carried out shall be Annex No 8 to the SWZ.

1. The object of the contract is the delivery of machine packaging envelopes for Print Service Centers to the common courts, also known as “Units”.

2. The Contracting Authority reserves the possibility of changing the print on the envelope or reprinting, which the Contractor will be informed no later than 30 days before the order is placed.

3. The Contracting Authority shall require that the shelf life of the products offered be not less than 12 months from the date of partial delivery in question.

4. Each of the types of envelopes being the subject of the order is intended for machine packaging.

5. Delivery will be carried out in the form of partial deliveries, on the basis of orders placed by the Print Service Centers, through the Contracting Authority's IT system, to the e-mail address indicated by the Contractor.

6. Partial orders will apply to full packages (packages) each time.

8. Local Vision: The Contracting Authority recommends that the Contractor consult the locations of deliveries indicated in Annex 13 to SWZ, i.e. the list and description of the location of supplies and their immediate surroundings, which are indicated in § 1 (2) (c) of the Model Agreement (Annex 5 to SWZ). The costs associated with participation in the local vision shall be borne by the Contractor. Contracting the local vision by the Contractors will be possible after the deadline has been agreed.

9. Units may assert their warranty or warranty rights under the terms laid down in the Agreement.

10. The list of units for which the proceedings are carried out includes Annex No 8 to the SWZ.

11. Together with the offer, the Contractor shall be obliged to submit the measures of evidence in question referred to in Chapter IX (2) of the SWZ, i.e. samples of the products offered. Samples shall be submitted at the premises of the Centre for the Purchasing for the Judiciary Institution of Budgetary Economy in Krakow, 6 Wadowicka Street, 30-415 Cracow, in the Secretariat, within the time of submission of tenders.
