The framework agreement without minimum with maximum is passed pursuant to Articles R2162-4 3 °, R2162-13 and R2162-14 of the Public Order Code.
The maximum value of the contract shall be:
lot n° 01 - EUR 350 000,00 excluding VAT over the duration of the contract
lot n° 02 - EUR 300 000.00 excluding VAT over the duration of the contract.
The consultation will result in a unit price contract.
