Production of the outdoor facilities as part of the conversion of the Hill-Speicher in Münster into a rowing club and a socio-cultural centre.

Creation of outdoor facilities, consisting of traffic areas for stationary traffic and uses for the operation of a rowing club. The outdoor facilities will be built using parts of the existing areas (asphalt and paving areas), parts of the existing surfaces will be partially dismantled. Part of the execution of surfaces takes place in the newly built boat hall. Another part of the surface design takes place on the roof terrace above the boat hall.

The plot has a total size of about 4500 m2.

The outdoor facilities cover approx. 2200 m2, the roof terrace approx. 710 m2, the boat hall approx. 725 m2.

Part of the work includes the following services: floor removal and ordering, production of car parking spaces, driveways, precast concrete elements, concrete pavements, asphalt surfaces, drainage work, electrical systems, planting of trees, planting of planting and lawn areas including completion care, pole lights, bicycle hangers, garbage cabinets, signage, etc.
