A framework agreement is being tendered for the delivery and implementation of SARS-CoV-2 tests at different locations on the occasion of the preparation and implementation of the Ruhrtriennale.
The framework agreement includes the procurement of both POC antigen rapid tests and PCR tests, the execution of the tests by medical specialists, evaluation of the test results in the laboratory and comprehensive logistics for test stations including journeys and assembly and dismantling.
In the period from 9 May 2021 to 1 October 2021 (during the preparation and implementation of the Ruhrtriennale, week 19 up to and including week 39), up to 9032 POC antigen rapid tests with at least? 80% sensitivity and? 97% specificity will be carried out in accordance with the Paul -Ehrlich-Institut required.
The results should be available as soon as possible, at the latest after an hour.
In addition, up to 1347 PCR tests are required between 9 May 2021 and 1 October 2021 (during the preparation and implementation of the Ruhrtriennale, week 19 up to and including week 39). The test systems for PCR tests must meet the minimum criteria for PCR tests set by the RKI (gold standard).
The results should be available as soon as possible, at the latest after 24 hours.
The client guarantees a minimum purchase of 70% of the 9032 POC antigen rapid tests and 70% of the 1347 PCR tests.
The test locations are at the following locations:
- Duisburg - Landscape Park,
- Bochum - Centennial Hall,
- Essen - PACT Zollverein,
- food - salt store,
- Food - Museum Folkwang,
- Essen - NN,
- Düsseldorf - Theater of Sounds,
- Gladbeck - machine hall of the Zweckel colliery.
During the contract period, there may be changes to the locations in individual cases.
The tests must be stable for at least one year.
