1. The subject of the contract is the construction of the "Wrzosowe Wzgórze" residential estate, stage II (former name of the "Glinki" housing estate) at Szosa Polska street in Szczecin.
2. The scope of the contract includes the turnkey construction of six residential buildings (203 residential premises, area - 9 990.22 m
a) design documentation, i.e. construction and executive designs, bill of quantities;
b) technical specification for execution and acceptance of works
made by DOMINO Architectural Group Wojciech Dunaj based in Szczecin at Mickiewicza 118/5
and
c) ToR.
3. The subject of the contract should be implemented based on the building permit decisions of 12.9.2018 No. 1365/18 and No. 1366/18, constituting Annex 8 to the ToR. The buildings of stage II of the "Wrzosowe Wzgórze" housing estate marked in the design documentation from No. 1 to No. 5 were designed for a multi-family housing function, while building No. 6 for a residential and service function. On the ground floor of building No. 6, the location of 2 commercial premises was taken into account. The buildings were designed as a basement, in traditional technology, covered with steep roofs. An elevator has been designed in each building. In building No. 1 and No. 2 there is one housing for a disabled person in a wheelchair, in building No. 6, in the attic there is a flat for independent children from the orphanage. In the development area, a minimum of recreational area with a fountain, multi-purpose sports field, mini skate park, playground, parking spaces, including for disabled people, roads and pavements, high and low greenery. The subject of the contract does not include the construction of 0.4 kV and 15 kV power grids, a transformer station, a heat distribution network on the high performance side; the elements referred to above will be implemented by the network managers.
