A replacement building for the already demolished elementary school and a new care building are to be built on the grounds of the Rote-Warte-Schule in Mühlheim. The existing "Klassenhaus" building is being renovated and rebuilt in the same building project.

The new school building, with partial basement, will cover an area of approx. 800 m 2 built with ground floor and first floor. Its load-bearing structure is made entirely of solid reinforced concrete and masonry. The outer walls in the basement are made of waterproof concrete.

The existing “class house” is a solid construction from the

Turn of the millennium. This will be energetically renovated and connected to the new school building with a bridge on the upper floor.

The single-storey new construction of the care building with no basement is being built on an area of approx 2 attached directly to the existing class house. The supporting structure is also made of solid reinforced concrete and masonry. In the interior of both new buildings, surfaces are partially made of exposed concrete quality.
