The consultation consists of 3 batches that will be executed independently in the form of framework agreements with purchase orders. Each framework agreement will be concluded with two economic operators (multi-contractor) subject to a sufficient number of tenders.

The initial duration of the contract is 2 years, the contract is tacitly renewable twice a year.

Each lot has a minimum amount set over the total duration of the contract (4 years) and a maximum amount set per execution period

consultation service with the public for the Belle-Beille and Monplaisir districts involving the drafting of deliverables for different audiences (City professionals, decision-makers, residents and users) and the creation of communication media in connection with the consultation actions.

Several consultation projects (preliminary and operational) have been identified and presented in the CCTP, these projects are not contractual.

The local authority may ask the service provider to intervene on weekends or public holidays.

Knowledge of the area of intervention will be necessary for the provider to be able to effectively advise the community.

Maximum amount per execution period: €70,000 excl. VAT

Minimum amount over the total duration of the contract: 35,000 euro excluding VAT - according to the terms and conditions for awarding purchase orders (see CCAP)

Organization of events for the highlights of the urban project (e.g. deliveries of urban objects).

Events can be cultural, artistic, musical, sporting or environmental.

There is no set planning for upcoming events, but examples are given in the CCTP.

It is requested to carry out eco-events.

Minimum amount over the total duration of the contract: 12,000 euro excl. VAT - according to the terms and conditions for awarding purchase orders (see Ccap)

AMO: To support the community in defining a strategy for animation and transitional occupation.

The service provider will have to facilitate the decision-making of the Collectivity by identifying and proposing a positive occupancy strategy according to the dynamics of the territory or place, and by backing this strategy with an operational roadmap (regulatory/financial/technical approach).

Maximum amount per execution period: 15,000 euro excl. VAT

Minimum amount over the total duration of the contract: €6,000 excluding VAT - according to the terms and conditions for awarding purchase orders (see CCAP)
