The subject of the contract is a comprehensive supply of gas fuel for the Purchasing Group of the Łańcut County

1. The subject of the contract is the provision by the Contractor to the Contracting Authority of a comprehensive supply of gaseous fuel in the form of high-methane natural gas (group E), consisting in the sale of gaseous fuel and ensuring the provision of its distribution to the Ordering Party's gas fuel consumption points on the terms set out in the Act of 10 April 1997. Energy Law (consolidated text) Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1385, as amended), hereinafter referred to as the "Energy Law" and in implementing acts issued on its basis, with specific quality standards. The quality standards of gaseous fuel are described in the Energy Law, in the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 2 July 2010 on the detailed conditions for the operation of the gas system (consolidated text. Journal of Laws of 2018, item 1158, as amended) and the applicable Distribution System Operator Tariff.

2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract and the requirements and rules for the performance of the contract are specified in the Draft provisions of the contract constituting Annex 3 to the SWZ together with a list of gas fuel consumption points constituting Annex 2 to the SWZ.
