Supply of electricity to the City of Szczecinek and its units in the period from 01.01.2024 to 31.12.2025

1. The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity to the City of Szczecinek and its units in the period from 01.01.2024 to 31.12.2025 in the total estimated amount of 12 156 092 kWh and broken down into NW. Tariff groups:

(a) in the R unit tariff - 3 920 kWh,

b) in the single-zone G11 tariff - 70 008 kWh,

(c) in the G12 tariff in the day zone - 60 820 kWh,

d) in the G12 tariff in the night zone - 37 180 kWh,

e) in the single-zone C11 tariff - 550 344 kWh,

f) in the C12B tariff in the day zone - 764 922 kWh,

g) in the C12B tariff in the night zone - 1 265 784 kWh,

h) in the C12W tariff in the day zone - 79 450 kWh,

i) in the C12W tariff in the night zone - 212 720 kWh,

j) in the C12A tariff in the peak zone - 822 298 kWh,

k) in the C12A tariff in the off-peak zone - 1 905 342 kWh,

l) in the single-zone C21 tariff - 290 246 kWh,

m) in the C22B tariff in the day zone - 881 200 kWh,

n) in the C22B tariff in the night zone - 552 400 kWh,

1.1. The Contracting Authority concludes this agreement on behalf of the City of Szczecinek and its entities listed in Appendix No. 1 to this agreement, being the End Recipients, within the meaning of Article 3 point 13a of the Act of 10 April 1997. Energy Law (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1385, as amended).

1.2. The subject of the agreement is the sale of electricity to individual End Users listed in Annex 1 to this agreement, as part of a joint order carried out for the City of Szczecinek and its units pursuant to Article 38 of the Act of 11 September 2019. Public procurement law (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1605, as amended).

1.3. A detailed list of electricity consumption points of the City of Szczecinek and its units is included in Annexes No. 1.1, No. 1.2, No. 1.3, No. 1.4, No. 1.5, No. 1.6, No. 1.7, No. 1.8, No. 1.9, No. 1.10, No. 1.11, No. 1.12.

2. Active electricity is supplied via the distribution network belonging to the Distribution System Operator (hereinafter referred to as DSO), i.e. ENERGA-OPERATOR S.A. or PGE Energetyka Kolejowa S.A., to the network of which a given energy consumption point (hereinafter referred to as PPE) of the Final Customer is connected.

3. The Contractor shall have the current electricity trading concession issued by the President of the Energy Regulatory Authority.

4. The Contractor is obliged to have a signed general distribution agreement with DSOs to whose network the PPE of the End User is connected.

5. The Contracting Authority declares that the City of Szczecinek and its units have legal title to use the facilities to which electricity is to be sold under this Agreement.

6. The Ordering Party declares that it does not hold a concession for trading, distribution, transmission or production of electricity, in accordance with the provisions of the Energy Law.
