The subject of the contract is the collection and management of municipal waste from real estate located in the Przeciszów Commune, where residents live, in the period from 01.01.2024. to 31.12.2024r. Waste collection is to be carried out in a manner ensuring that appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for re-use and recovery by other methods are achieved and the weight of biodegradable municipal waste sent to landfill is reduced, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1469) and the provisions of the Waste Management Plan for the Malopolska Region.
