The envisaged contract is a single-tier framework agreement with a minimum and an annual maximum in value. This is a framework agreement with purchase orders. It will be executed as and when issuing purchase orders issued by the contracting authority. It has been implemented in accordance with Articles 78 and 80 of Decree No 2016-360 of 25.3.2016. It is allotted in 3 separate lots and will be concluded for an initial period of 12 months from 26.8.2019 or its notification date, whichever is later. The effective start of the services covered by this period is envisaged on 2.9.2019 (back to school). It may be subject to two renewal periods of identical duration. Notification of this framework agreement is envisaged in July 2019.

This framework agreement will be concluded for an initial period of 12 months from 26.8.2019 or its notification date, whichever is later, with a minimum and a maximum value of EUR 32 000 (before tax) and EUR 120 000 respectively. (HT). It may be subject to two renewal periods of identical duration.
