This contract does not include a tranche but is divided into 2 distinct lots, respectively entitled:

- lot 1: Preventive and curative maintenance of fire extinguishers, RIA, mechanical smoke extraction, BAES and realization of evacuation plans

- lot 2: Preventive and curative maintenance of the installations of security systems, servo at the CMSI and realization of fire safety files.

This contract includes a flat form and a purchase order part.

The lump sum part concerns maintenance. The price is fixed at a flat rate.

The maximum amounts for the purchase order portion are as follows:

- Lot 1: annual maximum 80,000 euros excluding VAT

- lot 2: Annual maximum 80,000 euros (excluding VAT).
