— Development of communications plans and activities,

— Communications consultancy,

— Implementation of annual/half-yearly user survey,

— Development and design of newsletters, brochures, letters and campaign materials as well as assistance/consultancy associated with printing and distribution,

— Internal culture building and external reputation development.
