Electricity supply and distribution service for all specified consumption points.

Detailed technical requirements for collection points are included in Appendix No. 1 to the Terms of Reference.

1. Supply of electricity in the amount of 900 MWh for all points of consumption specified in Appendix No. 1 to the Terms of Use – Detailed list of points of consumption;

2. Distribution service for all collection points specified in Appendix No. 1 to the Terms of Use – Detailed list of collection points;

3. In tariff group B23, the projected consumption is as follows:

a. in the morning peak – 185 MWh.

b. in the afternoon peak – 110 MWh.

c. in other hours – 605 MWh.

4. In the C21 tariff group, the forecast consumption is: 2.5 MWh.

5. The contracted power for all consumption points is 345kW;

6. The supplied electricity should meet the technical parameters specified in the Act of 10 April 1997 – Energy Law (consolidated text 2022, item 1385, as amended) and implementing regulations issued on the basis of statutory delegation.
