- about 300 m 3 Demolition of a garage building and of old building parts within the excavation area of the excavation pit,

- about 6 000 m 3 Excavated earth Bkl. 3 + 4,

- Construction of the construction water with approx. 14 wells and approx. 500 m pipes, pipe bridges, sedimentation tanks,

- about 320 m 2 Bohlwandverbau, back anchored, incl. Dismantling,

- about 135 m 2 Sheet piling, incl. Dismantling.
