The municipality of Kustav is requesting an offer for the management of the municipal waste points and waste station, the transport and treatment of waste, the transport of waste to the authorised recipient and the management of waste billing as set out below.

The offer is broken down into the following subdivisions:

Subdivision 1: AGGLOMERATION AND DIFFUSE SETTLEMENT AREA WASTE POINTS

Subdivision 2: WASTE STATION

Subdivision 3: BILLING

The subscriber reserves the right to order only some subdivision.

A three (3) year and 4-month contract shall be entered into for the management of the waste service station and points and the transport of waste, including the possibility of the use of a 2 (2) year option.

The contract period begins on the date of entry of the contract on 1 September 2022 and ends on 31 December 2025, after which a possible two-year option period begins. The subscriber will decide on using the option in autumn 2025.

The waste driver shall at least quarterly provide up-to-date information to the Municipal Waste Management Authority on the properties from which waste was retrieved and the drainage layers of waste bins by property and waste tracks.

In addition, each year, the driver shall provide an electronic customizable form by waste track a summary of the amount of waste collected from properties and places of delivery by the end of January of the year.
