The purpose of the tender is to conclude an agreement with 1 contractor for the realization of a new school building for RSG Ter Apel. The school has an area of approximately 4 350 m2 GFA, spread over 2 floors. The school building was designed by a team from Van Manen Zwart Architecten in Drachten. The building is fully integrated into the environment which is clearly visible through the structure of trees. The new building gives the national monument all the space it needs to be visible and offers pupils many opportunities in the new outside area. In addition, the new building is striking with a clear appearance, characteristic of a modern school.
