The object of the award is the public law commissioning of a third party for business consulting and support of currently 62 Saxon inclusive companies. Inclusive companies are legally and economically independent companies, in-house companies or departments on the general labour market that employ at least 30 percent of severely disabled people within the meaning of § 215 of Book IX of the Social Code (SGB IX), whose participation in other employment on the general labour market is likely to be due to the nature and severity of the disability or due to other circumstances, despite exhausting all Funding opportunities and the use of integration services encounters particular difficulties. As part of this, the contractor supports the Integration Office in the performance of legal tasks through advice, monitoring and networking.
