The Web landscape currently consists of three websites, developed in Umbraco CMS:
The services provided under the Agreement concern (1) the management of the Web landscape, 2) the further development of the Web landscape at DNB's request, and 3) the expansion of the Web landscape at DNB's request. These 3 elements are discussed below, as well as the important building blocks that characterize the Web landscape, namely Umbraco CMS and Fortinet FortiGate - Firewall security. In addition, at the end of the Agreement, the Contractor must cooperate in a transition to a new contractor, in accordance with the transition plan that must be delivered at the Registration and further elaborated by the Contractor after award.
Management
The Agreement concerns functional and technical management of the Web landscape in accordance with the requirements set out in the tender documents. The management concerns Umbraco CMS, all websites managed in Umbraco CMS as well as all Azure components for which DNB will commission in the context of the service. Typical and mandatory management activities are monitoring the environments, implementing security patches and minor upgrades and performing corrective, preventive, perfect and proactive maintenance in order to guarantee the performance and availability of the environments in accordance with the agreements in the SLA and the Program of Requirements, including Requirement B11 regarding minimum availability.
The Contractor will take over the management and further development of the current party that has drawn up a transition plan for this purpose. This transition is part of the Subscription Costs as Subscriber must include them in the Price Sheet. The transition plan shall be shared only with the Eligible Tenderer.
Further development
Further development of the Web landscape takes place in an Agile way based on the prioritized product backlog. Under the direction of the DNB Product Owner, changes are designed, described, developed, tested and put live by the Contractor's development team in sprints of 2 weeks. Minor (small) changes or small functional adjustments (less than 40 hours) are intended to keep the Web landscape functionally up-to-date. Major (larger) changes, which require more than 40 hours, are proposed to DNB in advance in writing and only implemented after written agreement.
Based on recent years, DNB expects that the further development of the Web landscape will require a commitment of approximately 2750 hours per year. The actual deployment will be determined by mutual agreement. The contractor must be able to scale up or down the team in mutual consultation with due observance of agreed deadlines. The number of hours is an indication based on the past and no rights can be derived from this.
Expansion
Depending on DNB's strategy and objectives, as well as as a result of legal and regulatory requirements, there may be a demand to expand the Web landscape with one or more new websites. These websites must be designed and developed on the basis of Umbraco CMS so that there is and remains uniformity, efficiency and compatibility, both on the management and development side and with internal and external users.
Such extensions will be worked out and estimated by the Contractor in mutual consultation at DNB's request and will be implemented after written agreement from DNB.
