"IMPROVEMENT OF THE QUALITY OF URBAN DECORATION AND OF THE SOCIAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL FABRIC, WITH REFERENCE TO THE DEVELOPMENT OF SOCIAL, CULTURAL AND SPORTS SERVICES".

Under intervention n. 1

1) Completion of the building currently built only in the structural part (in reinforced concrete) to be allocated to space for social services (currently in spaces and locations located throughout the territory) and to multifunctional spaces and complementary to existing functions in the buildings already in use;

2) Architectural and plant redevelopment of the buildings currently in use of the municipal headquarters;

3) Realization of the element (new building body) of connection between the existing buildings and the outdoor spaces;

4) Remodeling of spaces and external paths (flow management) also relating the space in question with the adjacent compartments of the API Plan and with the church of San Benedetto, in a unique vision open to the city;

5) Use of systems of shielding trees (perimeter curtain) and green external connection capable of giving an image of a city neighborhood that invites use;

6) Construction of external flooring of connotation of the space in front of the new building and connection with the neighboring area of the Co-Cathedral; with a prevalent hall destination but capable of accommodating information services, digital totems and multifunctional and exhibition spaces.

Under intervention n. 2

The interventions identified are:

1) renovation of the changing rooms and bathrooms – after demolition of floors, coatings and removal of toilets and pipes, new changing rooms will be built and the flooring of the service corridors will be rebuilt. In the corridors and changing rooms rubber flooring will be used; in the bathrooms, for floors and walls, glazed ceramic tiles;

2) renovation of the playground flooring – the current flooring will be removed and replaced with parquet sports flooring with relative approval for national and international events. The parquet is characterized by resistance, durability and ease of maintenance;

3) installation of new seats – 568 seats with backrests will be installed;

4) external doors for emergency exits – the 14 emergency exits of the Palazzetto will be replaced;

5) new interior doors – it is planned to replace the interior doors with wooden doors of the honeycomb type;

6) external fixtures of the low building body – it is expected to replace the external fixtures with aluminum frames with double glazing and glass 33.1 / 16 / 33.1, compliant with the dictates of Legislative Decree 192/2005 and subsequent amendments on energy saving

7) interventions on the building envelope – a ventilated façade will be created with a dual function: to characterize and architecturally redevelop the facades and improve energy performance.

8) external arrangement – it was decided to give different dignity to the accesses along the Via De Sensi (pedestrian and driveway) and redo the fence along the aforementioned street (now with poles and wire mesh); The external intervention also concerns the general arrangement of the appurtenant space with strip reconstruction for indication of the stalls and flow arrows, maintenance and integration of the green and general arrangement.
