The subject of the contract is the delivery of brand new (year of manufacture from 2022), free from physical and legal defects, police cars in the PANEL van version in the number of 5 (five) pieces, hereinafter referred to as "vehicles", adapted to the transport of people along with marking and specialized equipment in communication equipment, vehicle location and video monitoring installation, with technical parameters consistent with the Description of the subject of the contract / Technical Offer, constituting Annex 2 to the SWZ.

1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of brand new (year of manufacture from 2022), free from physical and legal defects, police cars in the van version in the number of 5 (five) pieces, hereinafter referred to as "vehicles", adapted to the transport of persons along with marking and specialized equipment in communication equipment, vehicle location and video monitoring installation, with technical parameters consistent with the Description of the subject of the contract / Technical Offer, constituting Annex 2 to the SWZ.

2. The Contracting Authority requires that the vehicles are adapted to drive on public roads and meet the requirements set out in the road traffic law in force in Poland.

3. The contracting authority shall require a guarantee to be provided on the following terms:

1) The Ordering Party requires a guarantee to be granted in accordance with the Description of the Subject of the Order and, if the warranty periods are extended in accordance with point 2 of the Offer Form constituting Annex 1 to the SWZ.

2) Warranty conditions:

a) Warranty on the vehicle – minimum 24 months without km limit.

b) Warranty for varnish coating – minimum 24 months without km limit.

c) Warranty for perforation of body elements – minimum 96 months without km limit.

d) Warranty for communication equipment (radios, GPS, cameras, recorders, LCD/TFT monitors) – minimum 24 months.

The above warranty conditions (letters a-d) are minimal if the manufacturer provides for longer warranty periods – the warranty period indicated by the manufacturer or offered in point 2 of Annex 1 to the SWZ – Offer form will be binding.

3) The warranty periods will run from the date of signing the acceptance protocols of the vehicle without comments and can not be limited by the number of kilometers traveled by these vehicles.

4) If during the warranty period, it is necessary to equip any of the vehicles with additional equipment, accessories or equipment, this will not result in the loss or limitation of rights under the warranty.

5) If, during the warranty period, a vehicle breakdown occurs, the removal of this failure (completion of repair) by the Contractor will take place no later than within 14 days from the date of its notification.

6) During the warranty period, the Contractor shall provide authorized service of vehicles in the m.st of Warsaw. The Contractor ensures towing of vehicles, in the event of a breakdown, to an authorized vehicle service in the m.st of Warsaw, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
