1/ The subject of the order is the purchase and delivery of an oral rabies vaccine for free-living red foxes in 2022 in the amount of 198,635 doses in the autumn action.

2/ A detailed description of the subject of the contract and the manner of its implementation is specified in the SWZ, the offer form (Annex 1 to the SWZ) and in the model contract (Annex 8 to the SWZ).

3/ As a result of the proceedings, an agreement will be concluded with the Provincial Veterinary Inspectorate in Bydgoszcz in accordance with the model contract constituting Annex 8 to the SWZ.

4/ The Contracting Authority may cancel the procurement procedure if the funds that the Ordering Party intended to allocate to finance all or part of the contract have not been allocated.
